Everything you need to know about renting from A-K Storage

  • Gate Access Hours are 365 days per year, 5 AM - 10 PM

  • Office Hours are 9 AM - 5 PM. If you require on-site help please call our office and make an appointment.

  • A-K Storage LLC rents space by the month. Rent is due on or before the first day of the month. Plan accordingly!

  • The gate is automatically locked by the system on the 1st until payment is made.  Please be aware that you will not have access on the months when the first falls on a weekend if you have not made your monthly payment. 

  • A $10 late fee occurs on the 6th, and a second late fee of $10 occurs on the 20th of the month.

  • No flammables. If storing a car or a mower, please put cardboard down for oil leaks

  • Missouri has high humidity throughout the year and concrete can sweat causing the potential for mold and mildew growth. We highly recommend you use some type of mold or mildew inhibitor.

  • We take care of the outside of the units. You are responsible for the inside. That includes our recommendation that you use moth balls, mice poison and mold / mildew inhibitor, etc.

  • ALL vehicles parked at A-K storage MUST be tagged and registered. 

  • We DO NOT provide trash service. Treat this facility like a primitive camp ground, if you pack it in then it's your responsibility to pack it out.

  • You may pay in person during office hours, by automatic ACH draft, or by credit card via our KIOSK *credit card fees apply.* We do NOT mail or email statements. Please ask how you can receive 10% towards next year's storage bill!
